Château Suduiraut

The highest proportion of Sauvignon Blanc ever used at this property. The style is quite restrained with limited varietal aromas. Lean yet with some sweetness from the Sauvignon Blanc. Very nice texture. Finishes with a bit of bittnerness but not unattractively so.
