While not particularly expressive aromatically, this wine allows the structure to take the forefront. It is firm, calm, and solid, with a noble austerity that adds to its character without being overpowering. This austerity contributes to the wine’s amazing freshness, making it a superb example of classicism from limestone terroirs in the Saint-Émilion regions.
