With Axel Marchal’s involvement , there have been changes to the winemaking process, with more emphasis on earlier blending. Additionally, there’s now the inclusion of 4% press wine in the blend. It’s a relaxed, poised wine filled with finesse and intricate details, offering a restrained profile.
