Château La Conseillante

Overall the nose was not very open at the tasting, but can still detect some subdued violet aromas with the black fruit profile. Quite a bit of extraction, showing rusticity and austerity at the moment. But the mid-palate until the finish is quite perfumed and flavoured. A somewhat sweet sensation at the very end. Used 5% amphora for ageing.
