Great structure, showing an exciting mix of creaminess and salinity. Crunchy midpalate, as if “caviar of grapefruit“ explodes on the palate, surrounded by a perfect level of “gras“ (or oiliness) making for a rounded finish. Some pleasant orange peel like bitternes at the very end adds great charm.
