This wine exhibits a fair level of fruit extraction, offering a certain depth of flavour. Dominated by notes of blackberries and mulberries, its fruit expression is complemented by a pronounced spiciness from the oak, which is still in the process of integration. The tannins, though present, complement the full-bodied nature of the wine. It concludes with a fairly long finish.
