Tasting Notes

This wine leans heavily on the fruity side, with a touch of sweetness. While it boasts a fair level of fruit concentration, the mid-palate feels somewhat hollow. Towards the finish, there’s a hint of astringency, and it runs a bit short. This wine is best enjoyed paired with food, such as red meat or cured meats.
